Our little RV family will be exploring the Gulf Coast for the next three months until JohnnyDisco can get in for repairs at the Tiffin Motorhome mothership, which is based in Alabama.
More pics of this area coming up over the next few weeks. And if y'all have any suggestions of things to do around these parts, please let us know :)
You're there already?! Wow, that was fast. How much is gas costing? Does it flucuate much throughout the country?
I'm off to Chicago in a couple of weeks with my sister. Should be fun!

Love your pics! Out of curiosity what kind of repairs do you need that you are taking your RV back to the factory for? Have you got an extended warranty?
Our North Okanagan weather has been freezing nites and foggy mornings with highs below 10c. Typical late fall weather.

justamama/howdidthathappen - Love the new name. Are you sick of my nicknames?
It took us 9 days to get to southern Alabama, with gas ranging from $3.07/gallon in New Mexico to $4.05 in Washington state. I'm just doing a post about how much the trip down here cost us so far.
Have a great time in Chicago. Say hi to Oprah for me.

Mr P - nope, no extended warranty. We have to get our fiberglass roof replaced since it's starting to bubble over the fridge area. That work is covered under the ten year warranty. And now we need to get the generator looked at/repaired as well.
Our weather has been really nice along the drive south and Alabama is sunny and warm (mid 20's C) this time of year. Night lows range from 5C to 13C, perfect for sleeping.
